Recent projects supported by King’s College Hospital Charity have included:

• The £1.8m refurbishment of our unique world-leading Childrens’ Liver Unit.
• Nicole's Sweet which is a unique new re-hab unit for children recovering from major brain and spinal injuries.
  
• The purchase of a £1.5m CT Scanner which scans much faster and with higher resolution than any other scanner in Europe
  
• Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Quality of Life Research; patients with ILD usually have a life expectancy of  2-3 years. The results of this research will be used to tailor individual treatments and improve outcomes for patients
