TV broadcasting legend and long-term King's College Hospital Charity supporter Harry Carpenter OBE sadly passed away at King's on Saturday 20th March.

Former King's Non-Exec Director Frank Stansil paid tribute today saying:

"Harry was a good friend and supported King's Charity for 20 years; he attended our Golf Day at Dulwich and Sydenham Hill every year, handing out prizes and telling amusing anecdotes of his time commentating on athletics and boxing.

Harry helped raise a lot of support for King's College Hospital and he will be sadly missed."
