When publicising your event, you should make it clear that you are fundraising in aid of King's College Hospital Charity and that you are not an actual representative of the charity. 

Any materials you produce should clearly carry the sentence, "Raising funds in aid of King's College Hospital Charity" accompanied by our logo, which you can download below.

To back up your fundraising materials and to help prove to third parties that you are raising funds for King's College Hospital Charity please contact the King's Fundraising Team and we will send you a fundraising contract as well as a consent letter from Jane Ferguson, the Director of Fundraising at King's College Hospital.

Giving to King's Sponsorship Forms

With our sponsorship forms, all you need to do is add your name, your event and the event date then you can begin collecting pledges from people. Don't forget to get all your sponsors to write their address and postcode as well as tick the Gift Aid box so we can claim an extra 28p on every pound they give.
