Sony Ericsson Run to the Beat is no ordinary running event as it will provide an exciting and interactive challenge for fitness enthusiasts in the UK and beyond by combining music and sport. Research shows that selecting the right tunes could improve individual performance by an amazing 20 per cent.
Music will be performed at strategic points around the course and what hear has been scientifically selected to boost your performance with correct number of beats per minute at that point on the course.
